I cannot get sound when I preview video on OBS. Because you setted the audio output model to be Capture audio only. 

Double click VIDEO DEVICE name under Video Source project, and there are some settings under the small video window. For Audio Output Model, please change "Capture audio only" to "Output desktop audio (WaveOut)". Then, you can get sound.
