You use USB3.0 game capture devices and may get noise when you preview video on software, but you have set the audio to be 48KHz already. 
Please go to Sound Control Panel - Recording - right click ezcap U3 capture icon - Properties - Advanced. And make sure the Enable audio emhancements NOT be ticked as below, then can solve the noise problem.
